residential origination,
processing, lending, and
management experience. As a Life
Director of the Board of

Association of Greater Tampa, I

excellent knowledge of new home
financing.
I have an excellent working
knowledge of Fannie Mae and
Federal Home Loan Mortgage
Corporation, FHA, VA and USDA
guidelines and of the secondary
market.
I have completed
and passed the National Mortgage
Licensing exam and received my
NMLS number and my State of
Florida Loan Orginator License. While your local
bank Loan Officer may have an NMLS number they are only
registered within the Federal
system, they are not required to
pass the National Exam. As a
Broker, in addition to my years
of experience, I had to complete
course work and sit for the
State and
National Exam pass it and must
have continuing education
courses every year.
