Each loan, as each individual, is unique and I have the flexibility and understanding to work with you in your particular situation. I have 30 years of residential origination, processing, lending, and management experience. As a member of the Board of Directors of the Builders Association of Greater Tampa, I have a unique perspective and excellent knowledge of new home financing. I have an excellent working knowledge of FNMA and FHMLC guidelines and of the secondary market. I am dedicated to personal service, quality products, the best rates, and the lowest possible closing costs. More importantly, I am dedicated to you, my client.
